At The Diet Studio Global, we value transparency and fairness. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any consultation or program.

Consultation Fees
▪️All consultation fees must be paid in advance.
▪️Once a consultation has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
▪️Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.

▪️Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
▪️In such cases, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Programs & Packages

▪️Fees paid for nutrition programs or packages are non-refundable once the program has started.
▪️If a program has not yet started, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy
▪️Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
▪️No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Issues
▪️If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction so we can review the issue.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
